Hazards associated with haulage, lifting, site access and industrial locations are considered before work starts.
Health and safety
People go home in the same condition they arrived
KONHALS treats health and safety as an operating condition. Work is planned with risk in view, personnel are expected to use appropriate PPE, and site rules — including those set by the client — are to be followed.
We do not publish ISO or regulatory certifications on this website unless they have been independently verified for public use. What we do publish is the standard we work to: awareness, discipline and respect for the environment in which the assignment sits.
How we operate
Discipline across the assignment
Instructions, permits and site procedures are treated as part of the job, not paperwork to be ignored.
Plant and vehicles used on an assignment are expected to be fit for the task and inspected with that in mind.
Helmets, high-visibility clothing and task-appropriate PPE are the baseline on construction and industrial work.
Work is compared to the agreed scope and specification. Gaps are addressed, not hidden.
Where a client has HSE, induction or access requirements, KONHALS works within them.
Spills, waste, noise and traffic impact are managed as part of professional site conduct.
Incidents, near-misses and client feedback are used to tighten methods on the next assignment.
Risk management
Think before the wheels turn
Haulage and construction support fail in predictable ways: overloaded vehicles, unclear access, tired crews, skipped briefings, poor load restraint. KONHALS expects supervisors to pause work when a condition is unsafe, and to raise issues with the client rather than improvise against procedure.
Quality follows the same logic. A delivery that arrives damaged, a formwork setup that ignores the drawing, or a scope that drifts without agreement, is a failure of management. We would rather clarify the brief than defend a poor result.
