This policy describes how Konstruction Haulage and Logistics Support Limited (“KONHALS”, “we”) handles information submitted through this website.

When you use the enquiry form or write to us, we receive the details you choose to provide: name, company, email address, telephone number, service of interest, project location and message content. Telephone calls and WhatsApp messages to published numbers are handled as ordinary business communications.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate site visits and administer contracts. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the enquiry form for unrelated marketing lists.

Sharing

Information may be shared with KONHALS personnel who need it to handle the assignment, and with professional advisers or insurers where a contract requires it. Hosting providers that store email or website logs may process data as processors on our behalf.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to complete the discussion or contract, and thereafter only as required for legitimate business or legal records.
